SHOCKWATCH System
How does it work?
This system is introducing to guarantee delivery in good conditions. Thanks to this new system, it is now possible to know if parcels have been shocked during the transportation
The system is very simple, bumper stickers which have color changed are localised on each package and help us to check the good condition of parcels.
What I have to do ?
It is essential to check all shockwatch before accepting products to be sure that all parcels are in perfect condition.
There are two possibilities the first one the shocklabel didn’t change color that means parcels didn’t undergo bad conditions during the transportation and the second one the shocklabel is RED and you must take some precautions:
- Do not refuse parcel
- Indicate on the slip the shockwatch has been sparked off and check eventual damages
- In case of damages send into 72 hours a certfied mail to the carrier
Am I concerned?
If you are concerning by this system a label is on the parcel next to the delivery order where there is a sticker to be informed that your parcels have shockwatch.
This system is only applied on parcel which a shock can damaged the mannequins.
Caution:
If you didn’t didn’t those shockwatch on your parcels while stickers are on the delivery order thiat means they have been taking out to hide some damges during the transportation.
All this following up process is introducing to guarantee to our clients a good product quality and a well order reception.
