All our second hands mannequins are renovated in our wharehouse (paiting, make up, articulations, fitting...) and our specialists check each product before packing.
To ensure an entire custommer satisfaction, bases for each product on MANNEQUINS ONLINE are new.
The monitoring of orders and Delivery
Before they are packed, a technician checks that the dummies are set firmly on their base. All the components of the dummies are packaged separately in bubble wrap, to prevent any damage during carriage.
You will find a control sheet in your package which was established by a technician certifying of the perfect state of departure of the goods.
If the package is fragile, the Shockwatch system will be applied to guarantee the good state of reception of our package.
In a way to optimize the quality of our service you will be informed by e-mail as soon as we give your order our shippement.
Satisfied or exchanged
We promise to exchange you products faulty or not corresponding to your order. Request must be performed in the 10 days following the delivery.
