The position of the "front lunge"

The female SPORT mannequin SPL-12 is in the forward lunge position. Used in bodybuilding, sometimes with weights, this very dynamic position allows you to unilaterally strengthen the quadriceps and gluteus maximus. She approaches squats, but on one leg.
Back straight, hands on hips, left leg bent at 90° far in front, with the heel directly above the knee, and right leg bent far behind, resting on tiptoe, this static but very particular posture can present clothing and accessories referring to various disciplines such as different gymnastics (artistic, rhythmic, etc.), yoga, bodybuilding, etc.

Standard double fitting on metal base

Apart from a few atypical positions, the mannequins in the SPORT collection are all equipped with a double attachment (behind the calf or under the heel) in order to adapt to the clothes and shoes used.
The fixings rest on a round chromed metal base approximately 40cm in diameter.

4 season feet

The feet of this SPORT SPL-12 female mannequin are split between the big toe and the other toes. You will be able to install the shoes of your choice on your mannequin, whatever the season, even flip-flops. A very practical detail!
