The kettlebell or girya bodybuilding position

The SPORT mannequin SPM-6B is in a bodybuilding position. Standing upright, feet shoulder-width apart, arms stretched downwards, hands gripping. The face remains straight, illustrating concentration and determination.

This position is perfect for weight training or training with the kettlebell, or girya, a cast-iron ball with a large handle for a secure grip.

The bindings rest on a round chromed metal base approximately 40cm in diameter.

The feet of this SPORT SPM-6B mannequin are split between the big toe and the other toes. You'll be able to fit any shoes you like, whatever the season, even flip-flops. A very practical detail!
